We took our son to Trooth Pediatric Dentistry, and it was an amazing experience for our 2-year-old. He felt very comfortable with the dentist and the staff, and he enjoyed the prizes and puzzles available to play with. Dr. V did a great job explaining what to expect during his first visit and answered all our questions. This is a very nice office with polite staff and a very kind and friendly dentist. Both of my children have told me they love the dentist! There is lots of communication before and after the visit. I was sad to see there were no chairs in the waiting room anymore, just wooden benches- ouch! Some of the parents don’t have great backs anymore- could you add some ergonomic seating?

Dr. Vargas and her staff are absolutely wonderful with my three children. My twin daughters saw her for the first time about 6 months ago and although they were nervous, she made them feel more comfortable. She’s very knowledgeable and such a sweet person. Our family has known the previous owner and dental office for generations, so change can naturally bring some doubt. However, after our visit today, I am confident we will continue a long-lasting relationship with Dr. Vargas. She took the time to address my concerns thoroughly and ensured I was well-informed. Extremely sweet, professional, caring, attentive, thorough throughout the entire office. Our little one was freaking out before his frenectomy procedure for his tongue and lip ties, but Dr. Vargas and her lovely staff did everything to soothe and calm him and everything went well. They made us feel so comfortable. She was so patient and explained everything to us from diagnosis to treatment and beyond. We are so thankful.

Dr. Vargas and Trooth Denistry have set the standard for high quality dental visits for my child but also have presented a developmentally appropriate place for children. The staff are welcoming and my daughter was greeted with tons of toys to play with to get her comfortable before heading back to her cleaning. We will 100% bring our daughter back.

Not only are Dr Vargas and all of her staff professional and courteous, I see them treat all of their customers like family. Dr Vargas maintains a personable, empathetic delivery of care backed by her extensive knowledge. When my daughter was facing a potentially painful procedure, Dr Vargas took the time to talk with her, listen to my daughter's fears, explain everything that needed to be done and what she would do to minimize discomfort. During the procedure, Dr Vargas continually checked in with my daughter to make sure she was comfortable. Afterwards, my daughter was relieved at how comfortable she remained throughout the entire procedure. Dr Vargas' sincerity and commitment to delivering the best care shines through at every visit.

Both of my kids have been going to Trooth Dental for a few years. Dr Vargas and her staff are great with the kids. Very energetic, friendly; and comforting to my apprehensive son. Dr. Vargas is very thorough with her exams, cleanings, and explanation of any dental issues. The office was recently renovated so is very bright and sterile.

Dr. Vargas is incredible! She has a deep understanding of both her field and working with children. I'm so grateful for her — thanks to her approach, my child may not need braces in the future. My kid is genuinely curious about dentistry, and Dr. Vargas answers every question with such enthusiasm. Believe it or not, my child actually cried because they didn’t want to leave the office, even after getting dental work done!

My son had an amazing experience at Trooth Denistry. After visiting multiple dentists in the Chicagoland area this is by far the best experience. Dr. Vargas is nothing short of amazing! My son has severe food allergies and she handled it with empathy, compassion, and provided intricate details of materials and products. After the visit she developed a comprehensive treatment plan and answered all of our questions. In addition, she incorporated parent involvement throughout the entire visit. She genuinely loves her job and i am so appreciative we found this practice!

Trooth Pediatric dentistry has been impressive and welcoming thus far. My Daughter loved her original dentist and was sad she retired. She wasn’t thrilled with the change (what kid likes change) when we told her we would be seeing a new dentist but in the same location. However, Dr. Vargas and the Trooth Dentistry staff were very welcoming and professional making the change for my daughter easy. I asked my daughter after the first visit if she was happy or if she wanted to find a new doctor… she enthusiastically said I like Dr. Vargas and is looking forward to seeing her again. We highly recommend Trooth Dentistry.
